How to make money from chopping off the side!

We often take renovation as a major change that enlarges and alters the entirety of a place, but what if we take it to a level where we remove the unwanted but maintain the beauty and structure of the old house and turn it into a modern, simple,  alluring home allowing for a block to be subdivided off ?!!

That’s what happened here….

This Enoggera Reno , is one of the projects by Property Possibilities for  a developer as part of their project. This old home was constructed pre 1946 and had to be kept as part of the development. This is where Property Possibilities came in – to create value through renovation.  Taking the side off this old classic Australian Queenslander to make it fit on one block.  

This 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath home was once an outdated home and was just waiting for a an up-style.  Property Possibilities took  over to take this tired old house  into a modern home with some creative  alterations restoring it’s beautiful structure.

What we did:

We added a new kitchen back in the original spot

We took the old bathroom and exit area and created a beautiful functional bathroom and a small inside laundry

We added a new bedroom to the old sleep out

Created a desirable outdoor living area

Added things like Wardrobes, pantries and other storage that is not normally found in Queenslanders

Using a spacious,  bright and white pallet this now modern home was ready for professionals and young families to make it there’s. A beautiful and spacious lounge area perfect for get-togethers and occasions. A modern bathroom with tub. A living area worth bragging about.  And bedrooms ready for a good night rest. This perfectly renovated and restored home truly is a beauty that anyone will surely love!
